Durch eine stärkere Nutzung von Pipelines, die Freigabe von sanktioniertem Öl, eine höhere Produktion außerhalb der Region und Ausnahmeregelungen für ausgewählte Länder könnte diese deutlich verringert werden, und die verbleibende Nachfrage dürfte zunächst aus den gut gefüllten Lagern bedient werden. Längerfristig müsste aber der weltweite Verbrauch zurückgehen, wofür entweder die Preise noch einmal massiv steigen müssten oder staatliche Rationierungsmaßnahmen notwendig wären.. --- Wenn die Lagerbestände sichtbar fallen und gleichzeit nicht absehbar ist, wie die verbleibende Angebotslücke langfristig kompensiert
werden kann, dürfte dennoch zunehmend Nervosität aufkommen..
