Constable, Executive Chairman, will step down from the Board of Directors following the Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 6, 2026. James T. (Jim) Hackett, the company's Lead Independent Director, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board on May 5, 2026.
Constable's connection to Fluor spans 44 years. He began his career with the company in 1982, advancing through a series of global leadership roles that shaped Fluor's operational and commercial capabilities.
