(NASDAQ: OGI) (TSX: OGI), (the “Company” or “Organigram”), is pleased to announce that the shareholders of Organigram have overwhelmingly approved the resolution required to consummate the previously announced acquisition by the Company (the “Transaction”) of Sanity Group GmbH (“Sanity Group”) and the related private placement financing (the “Private Placement”) with BT DE Investments Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of British American Tobacco (“BAT”) at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the “Shareholders”) held on March 30, 2026 (the “Meeting”).
